1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tucson EZ Parking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Tucson EZ Parking provides the following services:
- Covered and uncovered parking spaces near Tucson International Airport (TUS)
- 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport
- Vehicle security monitoring
- Online reservation system
- Long-term and short-term parking options
Services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
3. Reservations & Payment
3.1 Making a Reservation
- Reservations can be made online through our website or by phone
- A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation
- You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details
- Reservation confirmation number must be presented upon arrival
3.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the time of booking
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash (on-site only)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Additional fees may apply for extended stays beyond reservation dates
- All rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees
3.3 Pricing
- Daily rates are based on 24-hour periods
- Rates may vary based on parking type (covered vs. uncovered)
- Special rates and promotions may have specific terms and conditions
- Airport fees and taxes are additional and will be added to your total
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled arrival for a full refund
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival are non-refundable
- No-Show: Failure to arrive without cancellation results in forfeiture of payment
4.2 Modification Policy
- Reservations can be modified free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival
- Modifications within 24 hours of arrival are subject to availability and may incur fees
- Date changes may result in rate adjustments based on current pricing
4.3 Refunds
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable
5. Liability & Insurance
Important Notice: Vehicles are parked at owner's risk.
5.1 Limited Liability
Tucson EZ Parking exercises reasonable care in providing parking services. However, we are NOT liable for:
- Theft of or damage to vehicles or their contents
- Loss or theft of personal property left in vehicles
- Mechanical failures or battery issues
- Damage caused by weather, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Vandalism or criminal acts by third parties
5.2 Insurance
- Customers are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance on their vehicles
- We recommend comprehensive and collision coverage
- Any claims for damage should be filed with your insurance provider
5.3 Maximum Liability
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for parking services, or $500, whichever is less.
6. Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during reservation
- Arrive during our operating hours or as scheduled
- Lock your vehicle and secure all valuables
- Remove all prohibited items from your vehicle
- Ensure your vehicle is in good operating condition
- Provide emergency contact information
- Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
- Notify us immediately of any changes to your reservation
- Report any damage to your vehicle within 24 hours of retrieval
7. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited in parked vehicles:
- Firearms, weapons, or ammunition
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Hazardous materials or flammable items
- Perishable food items
- Live animals or pets (except service animals with prior arrangement)
- Stolen property or contraband
We reserve the right to inspect vehicles if prohibited items are suspected. Vehicles containing prohibited items may be towed at owner's expense.
